Ski Trips

To have something to do to fill the long winter months I started learning to ski in my early 20s. My first time on skis was actually on a glacier in Norway, in August! Since that rather bruising first lesson I haven’t looked back - I’ve even branched out into cross-country! And with a new pair of telemark skis I hope to see even more of the wonderful winter mountain landscape.

I want to use this website to share details of the best ski resorts I’ve visited. Perhaps my favourite run or maybe a nice bar or restaurant to visit.

I’m still working on these pages, but I intend to split this section for ease of navigation, to cover ski areas in three continents:

Europe

North America

I’ve not skied in the southern hemisphere yet but hopefully it won’t be too long until I can add a fourth section!
